The weather almost kept us from doing all of our Halloween activities! But we tried, even if everything didn't go according to plan. We had to skip the costumes a couple times, but we still had fun!
First on the Halloween Weekend Agenda: Grapeyard!
I tried to talk the kids to of it, but they insisted on going to see the singing pumpkins. So we bundled up and braved the cold.

I guess Halloween IS scary.
We tried something new this year: Monster Mash. And since the weather was actually really pretty outside, everyone got to wear their costumes!
At the last minute, we decided to go to our neighborhood's black party!

We got back home just in time to carve our pumpkins!

I'm Pretty Impressed!
On the BIG DAY, we started with a parade at school.
Then the girls and I headed back home to play, eat yummy Halloween snacks, and watch spooky tv while we waited for the storm to roll in!
Once big brother got home, it was time to prep our traditional Mummy Pizzas!
Finished Product
We prayed and prayed and prayed for no rain! The forecast wasn't promising, and we had some afternoon showers, but the weather was perfect for Trick-or-Treating!
After an evening of surprise Haunted Houses, running into friends, and testing the limits on how much candy each of the kids could actually carry, we ended the night at our neighbors' houses.
Such a fun night! Are READY for the Holiday Season!
