End of Summer ... And ANOTHER New Baby Cousin

Moving took quite a toll on our littles this summer.  Routines were thrown out the door.  We were living at their grandparents' houses.  Clothes from our suitcases were thrown all over the rooms we were sharing.  Then we actually MOVED, and we had an even bigger mess to deal with.   We adjusted to new bedrooms and found all our toys.  And then we go to explore our new neighborhood and new parks.   The best part about the move is Daddy's "commute" to work.  We get to see him a lot more since he's not spending so much time in the car!

Below are just some pictures of what we've been up to lately:

The twins are too big to share a seat in the cart at the grocery store. :(  So we are all learning our favorite places to sit in the "big kid" carts!

Our new neighborhood park is REALLY fun!  I can't wait for it to cool off a little bit so that we can stay longer

Cooling Off!  It's HOT out there!

Breakfast has become a big event in our house!  The twins have found their appetites, and these kids eat their weight in food every morning.  Maybe we're going through a growth spurt!  I'm lucky though that they
1) wait for me to cook breakfast without too many tears
2) they all pretty much like the same thing
For example, Oatmeal:

And we've been playing outside A LOT!  Our driveway has some shade, which means we can escape some of the heat in the shade.  It feels good to get some fresh air!

Thanks for the Bench Mommer Pasty!
This bench sat on the patio at my grandmother's house for as long as I can remember.  We saved it from the trash pile, and the kids LOVE it

Our First Group Outing at the New House

We keep attempting to all cook with Mommy.  It's going to take a while to find our rhythm.  Good thing Barrett is already and expert

Not only did he get to sit on this motorcycle, but he got to honk the horn (um ... 1 million times) and rev the engine.  He was on cloud nine FOR SURE!

THESE Two are TROUBLE
But I love how they love each other.  Parker likes to hold hands more than Payton does, so Barrett likes to hold her hand and "be a big brother."

The aquarium is a good place to go to get out of the house, but also stay out of the heat.  And the kids love to run around and look at all the fish.  It's definitely a great way to stop everyone from being bored!

Big News of the Summer!  Baby Stephen was born!  We went to Aunt Shannon's and Uncle Brandon's to visit our newest baby cousin.

We took the kids for a cold treat one night.  To say the twins loved it would be an understatement.  These two were OBSESSED!

Our next big "firsts" are the first day of school and our first ever baseball team.  We just had baseball practice this weekend, and this little guy can't WAIT to start.
