Trick Or Treat, Smell My Feet

Halloween!  Why is Halloween on a Monday?!?!  Moving on ...

We had a really sweet day ... while we waiting allllll day to go Trick-or-Treating.  It started with Pumpkin French Toast.  And, later, while the kids were watching a Halloween-a-thon, I made some Pumpkin Ravioli for lunch.

Oh! And Pumpkin Seeds
I totally forgot we baked pumpkin seeds after we carved pumpkins the night before.  Of all the pumpkin themed food I made them, these were the biggest hit!

Barrett Chewy helped me get our candy basket ready to go for the night while his sisters slept.

After nap time, I put a few last minute touches on the girls before they put on their costumes.
Now We're Ready!
I have to admit, sitting the girls down at my grandmother's vanity .... well it just made me feel lots of things.

And then it was time!  Princess Belle, Princess Rapunzel, and Gecko waited for days for this night!
First, a photo session to capture the sparkly faces, princess shoes, and Gecko in action.

Love The Way The Girls are Looking at Him Here

Everyone is Ready!

While we were outside, our cousins showed up!  Perfect timing to take some cute cousin pictures.
Girl Cousins .... All Princesses!
I love these girls

I Just Love the Way These Littles Are Soaking It All In

The Boys!
I can't.  This just cracks me up.

All the Cousins
The look like they are ready to conquer the night.
I love this picture

While we waited for it to get dark outside, we watched It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, and ate Mummy Pizzas.

And then it was time to hit the streets!
Our Sweet Neighbor Who Loves These Girls!

Our Next Door Neighbor Who Takes Good Care of Us!
She takes good care of my too!  Ha!  Both of these ladies love our kids, and they are both so sweet to them!  We are so lucky to have such sweet friends on our street.

The Only Tantrum of the WHOLE Night
She was being so ridiculous,  of course I took a pictures.  She didn't want to keep Trick-or-Treating, she didn't want to go home, she didn't want to stand up, she didn't want to stay there, and the didn't want me to hold her.  And then she just snapped out of it, grabbed her candy basket, and took off.  Just as happy as could be.

CANDY BREAK!
Had to refuel for the rest of the night!
